Is TalentGrow legit? Check us before you sign.

You should check any OnlyFans agency before you give it access to your page, and that includes us. This page lists the checks that matter, gives our answer to each, and shows where to verify it.

Who we are, in plain terms.

Page 02 / The basics

TalentGrow is an OnlyFans management agency based at Swan Buildings in Manchester's Northern Quarter. We've been running creator pages for two years, for creators across the UK.

Every creator gets a dedicated strategist, a UK chat team covering DMs 24/7 in three shifts, promotion run for them, DMCA protection and a report every Monday. Our staff use working names, the same way many creators do, and the two people who write our guides, Maya Brooks and Elle Carter, work on creator pages every day. We're partnered with Pineapple Support, the nonprofit that makes mental health care accessible to people working in the online adult industry.

Why you should check every agency.

Page 03 / The context

In June 2026 the BBC heard from 60 UK creators for its investigation OnlyFans: Inside the Machine. It found managers commonly taking 50% of pre-tax earnings, contracts taking up to 70%, and many managers demanding full access to account logins and fining creators who tried to leave early.

Creators told the BBC about managers who got into their accounts and lied about earnings, one who changed a password to lock the creator out, and one who changed the bank details on the account so the money went straight to the manager. One creator was threatened after she changed her login to shut her agency out. The UK's independent anti-slavery commissioner, Eleanor Lyons, told the BBC she recognised signs of exploitation: "control, coercion, financial pressure and an inability to leave freely".

Those four things are what the checks below test for. An agency that passes them can still be a bad fit for you, but it can't trap you.

Six checks, and our answers.

Page 04 / Do this with any agency

Ask these of every agency you talk to. Get the answers in writing before you sign anything.

  • Where does my money land? Payouts should go from OnlyFans to your own bank, in your name, and the agency should invoice you afterwards. Never agree to payouts going through the agency. Ours go to your bank first, we invoice our share after you've been paid, and we never ask for your bank details.
  • Who holds the login, and how do I end it? A team needs access to run chat, posting and promotion, so ask exactly what that access reaches and how you take it away. Ours runs through Infloww, a creator CRM: stats, posts and messages only, with no access to your bank, payout details, email or personal socials. You keep full control, and you can end our access at any time by changing your password. You don't need to ask first, and there's nothing to pay for doing it.
  • What's the split, and on what? Get the percentage and the base it's worked out on. Ours is published: you keep 40% of what the page earns under $10K a month, 50% from $10K up to $30K and 60% from $30K, worked out on what you receive after OnlyFans' 20%, refunds and chargebacks, with one band for the whole month.
  • How do I leave? Get the contract length, notice period and any exit fee in writing. Ours is month to month, 14 days' notice, no exit fees, and no upfront or setup fees.
  • Who will I actually deal with? Before you sign, you have a video call with an account manager. Once you're on board, you have a dedicated strategist and a WhatsApp group with your team. Where a creator agrees, we'll also put you in touch with someone we already work with.
  • Can I see where you work? Ask for the address and go. Ours is First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan St, Manchester M4 5JW. Visits are booked in advance, Monday to Friday, and you're welcome to bring a friend or partner.

What we'll never do.

Page 05 / The lines
  • Hold your payouts or route your money through the agency.
  • Ask for your banking details. We don't need them, and we won't ask.
  • Lock you in with a long contract or an exit fee.
  • Hold your login hostage. Change your password and our access ends.
  • Publish or endanger your identity. Geo-blocking, payout-privacy guidance and automatic takedowns are set up at launch or signing. See DMCA protection.

If an agency has already threatened you, or won't let you leave, that isn't a contract problem. Call the police, or the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700. It's free and confidential.

Red flags with any agency.

Page 07 / Walk away
  • Payouts through the agency, or a request to change the bank details on your account.
  • An income figure promised before anyone has looked at your page.
  • No address, or an address they won't let you visit.
  • A contract you can't leave without a fee, or a notice period nobody will put in writing.
  • Pressure to sign today. A serious agency will still be there next week.

Page 08 / Common questions
Is TalentGrow a scam?
No, and you don't have to take our word for it. Our office address, split, notice period and access policy are published on this site. Payouts go to your own bank and we invoice afterwards, so we never hold your money. You can visit the office in Manchester, and where a creator agrees, you can speak to someone we already work with.
Do you need my OnlyFans password?
Yes. Our team works in your account through Infloww, a creator CRM, and it logs in with your password. Through it the team can see stats, make posts and message fans. It can't reach your bank or payout details, your email or your personal social media. Change your password and our access ends. You don't need to ask first.
Where is TalentGrow based?
First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan St, Manchester M4 5JW, in the Northern Quarter. The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, and visits are booked in advance. Creators in London, Birmingham and the rest of the UK work with the same team by video call and WhatsApp.
How do I leave?
Give 14 days' notice. Agreements run month to month with no exit fees. Access is removed in Infloww, the final invoice is sent and the content schedule handed over, usually within 24 hours.
Can I speak to a creator you work with?
Yes, where the creator agrees. Ask on the video call and we'll arrange it.
How can I check your results?
The results page shows statements from pages we run, with fan and creator details removed and the dates on them. The largest, $27,213 net in July 2026, is shown with its gross figure and the change on the previous month.
