Page 02 / How we workEvery creator we take on gets a full team: a dedicated strategist, trained chatters covering the DMs around the clock, content scheduling, cross-platform marketing, and DMCA protection. You make the content, and we run everything behind the page.
The commercial model has no tricks in it. Your earnings land in your account, in your name, from day one. We invoice our share after you've been paid. Contracts are month to month, with no exit fees and 14 days' notice to leave. If we stop being worth it, you stop paying us. That's the whole deal.
We're partnered with Pineapple Support, the nonprofit that makes mental health care accessible to people working in the online adult industry.
Our speciality is conversation revenue, where a page makes its money in the DMs instead of from subscriptions. Our results page shows what that looks like, including a page that earned $27,213 in July 2026 with $23.97 of it from subscriptions.

Who you'll be talking to.
Your first video call is with an account manager. If you join, you also get a dedicated strategist, an onboarding lead and a 24/7 chat team run by chat managers. Our team uses working names, the same as a lot of creators do, and surnames stay off the internet. Anyone who's worked in this industry will know why.
Maya runs creator marketing at TalentGrow. She plans what each page does on Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and X, and runs the tests that show where its traffic comes from. She writes most of the guides on this site. More about Maya and her guides.
Elle leads the 24/7 chat team. She hires and trains the chatters, matches them to each creator’s tone of voice, and runs the PPV and tip playbooks behind the statements on our results page. If a page’s money came from a conversation, her team had a hand in it. More about Elle and her guides.
The chatters work real shifts around the clock. They're matched to your tone of voice and your limits before anyone sends a single message. We measure their response times and report them to you.
