1. Who we are

TalentGrow is a UK-based creator management agency. When we refer to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean TalentGrow. Our contact email is info@talentgrow.co.uk.

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following information when you use our website, apply to work with us, or communicate with us:

Name and contact details (email, phone number)
Social media handles and platform information you provide
Information submitted through our application, audit and referral forms, including where you're based, and the email address you give when you ask for the starter plan
Where you came from: the referring site's domain, the page you landed on and any campaign codes in the link (kept in your browser until you submit a form)
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, the country your connection comes from and pages visited

If you start an application or audit request, give your name and email, and don't finish, we keep what you entered so a person can follow up. An AI assistant may also send an application or audit request on your behalf through our Lead API, with your consent, and we treat it the same way.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

Respond to enquiries and process applications
Email you the starter plan when you ask for it, after which one person from the team may check in once. We don't add you to a newsletter.
Provide management services if you become a client
Improve our website and services
Send relevant updates if you have opted in to receive them
Measure advertising performance through Google Ads conversion tracking, only if you accept in the consent banner
Count page views and how far people get through our forms, per day, page, country and kind of source (for example a search engine, an AI assistant, social media or a direct visit), with nothing that identifies you

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on:

Consent: when you submit an application or contact form
Legitimate interest: to improve our services and website experience
Contractual necessity: to deliver management services to clients

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Cloudflare (website hosting, security and the database where form submissions are stored)
Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox, and the acknowledgement or starter plan to you)
Discord (a notification of each application and audit request in a private team channel)
Google (Ads conversion measurement, only after you accept in the consent banner)
Payment processors when invoicing clients

All third parties are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary. Application and audit data is kept for up to 12 months if you do not become a client, and unfinished applications are deleted after 90 days. Client data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
