Page 01 / OnlyFans Management

OnlyFans management services, run properly.

A UK-based team running strategy, chat, content, DMCA and growth on your page. We work through Infloww, a management tool for creator accounts, and you keep full control: the account and the payouts stay in your name. Month to month, with $0 exit fees.

The service, in writing What your split pays for Page 02

A share of what we help you earn.

You pay us a share of what the page earns. You keep 40% under $10K a month, 50% from $10K up to $30K and 60% from $30K. That's worked out on what you receive, after OnlyFans' 20% and after refunds and chargebacks, and the band covers the whole month. There's no upfront fee or monthly retainer, so if the page doesn't earn, we don't either. Your number goes in writing before any work starts.

The work differs from page to page. A page starting from zero can need months of building before it earns much. A page already making five figures a month needs fine-tuning. The split follows what the page earns, and it's the same for everyone in your band.

What you won't find are the things that make creators wary of agencies: a percentage that shifts after you sign without your written agreement, charges for work you never agreed to, or an exit clause buried on page nine.

Everything the page needs, in one team.

Page 03 / What's included

Some agencies sell one of these and call it management. The parts depend on each other, so every agreement includes all six.

Desk 01 Dedicated Strategy Your strategist works out pricing, your niche and a growth plan for your page before anything goes live. After that, they own the numbers week to week.
Desk 02 24/7 Chat Team A UK-based team answering subscriber messages and selling PPV in your voice. Fans get a reply in under two minutes.
Desk 03 Content Management You make the content. We plan when it goes out, post it and find more than one use for each set.
Desk 04 Traffic and Growth Promotion on the channels that suit your niche: X, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok, plus Chaturbate, YouTube or Twitch where they fit. It's aimed at people likely to subscribe.
Desk 05 DMCA and Privacy Leak monitoring, takedowns, geo-blocking and payout privacy, all set up when your page launches, or when you sign if it's already live.
Desk 06 Weekly Reporting A written report every Monday morning: earnings, spend, tips, your top 5 tippers, net profit, page views, new subscribers, churn, current subscribers and your best-performing content.

Your account stays yours.

Page 04 / Control

The worst thing that can happen with an agency is losing control of your own page. Our team works in your account through Infloww, which covers stats, posts and messages and nothing else. Everything below stays with you.

You always keep...
  • Your login, and the right to end our access by changing your password
  • Your payout details, in your name, with payouts going to your own bank
  • Ownership of every piece of content, during and after
  • Your subscriber list and your social accounts
  • The right to leave on 14 days' notice
We'll never...
  • Ask for your banking details or route payouts through us
  • Lock you into a fixed term or charge an exit fee
  • Take ownership of your account, content or socials
  • Promise you an income figure
  • Message a fan outside the boundaries you set

Three ways to run a page.

Page 05 / The comparison

Managing It Yourself

  • You keep everything, and every hour of the work is yours too
  • Messages sit unanswered while you sleep, and some fans won't wait
  • Pricing and posting are trial and error, paid for out of your own revenue
  • Leak monitoring is something you mean to get round to
  • Growth is capped by the hours you have

A Badly Run Agency

  • One overworked assistant covering dozens of accounts
  • A confident sales call, then very little contact afterwards
  • Long fixed terms with exit fees in the small print
  • Replies that take days, if they come at all
  • Privacy listed as a feature, with nothing set up

TalentGrow

  • Your own strategist plus a chat team, so nobody is spread thin
  • A written report every week, whether the news is good or not
  • Month to month, $0 exit fees and 14 days' notice to leave
  • Chat replies in under two minutes, 24/7
  • DMCA monitoring and geo-blocking running from day one

A team in the same country as you.

Page 06 / Why UK-based matters

Some agencies that advertise to UK creators are a brand name with an outsourced chat team behind it. Ask where the people who'd message your fans are based.

Reason 01 Your voice survives Fans often notice when the person messaging them doesn't get your slang, your references or your sense of humour. A UK team writing for a UK creator doesn't have to fake any of that. The messages sound like you because the people writing them talk the way you do.
Reason 02 Cover when it counts Chat runs 24/7 in three 8-hour shifts, with a manager on each one. Every shift hands over to the next out loud and in writing, so each fan's history carries over from one chatter to the next.
Reason 03 Someone you can hold to account If something goes wrong with an agency overseas, there's often not much you can do about it. A UK company answers to UK law and has an address your solicitor can write to.
Reason 04 Reporting your accountant can use Payouts go to your own bank in your name, and the Monday report lists earnings, spend and net profit, which gives your accountant something to work from at Self Assessment. We're not accountants. But you shouldn't have to rebuild a year of income from screenshots every January.

When management is the wrong call.

Page 08 / Who it's not for

Management works on top of your own content. If you can't commit to making it regularly, a share of nothing is still nothing, and you'd be better off spending a few months building that habit first. If you haven't launched yet but you're ready to make content, you can still apply.

It's also the wrong call if you only need one job done. If the only problem is leaks, take DMCA protection on its own. If it's traffic, social media management is the smaller fix. Paying a share of everything to solve one problem is poor value, and we'll say so.

And if you're weighing us up against another agency, read the questions worth asking on a first call before either of us gets your signature. Good answers are specific, and you should have them in writing before you sign.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

How much does OnlyFans management cost?
You pay a share of what the page earns. You keep 40% under $10K a month, 50% from $10K up to $30K and 60% from $30K. It's worked out on what you receive, after OnlyFans' 20% and after refunds and chargebacks, and the band covers the whole month. There's no upfront fee, setup cost or monthly charge, so if the page doesn't earn, we don't either. Your number goes into a month-to-month agreement before any work starts.
Do I have to hand over my OnlyFans account?
You don't hand over ownership. The account stays yours, and so does every piece of content. Our team works in it through Infloww, a management tool for creator accounts, where it can see stats, make posts and send messages. It can't reach your bank details, payout information, email or social media accounts. Payouts go to your bank, and you keep full control and can end our access at any time by changing your password, without asking us first. If an agency wants your banking details, or wants your payouts sent to them, walk away.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Agreements run month to month with $0 exit fees and no penalty clause. To leave, you give 14 days' notice. If you stay, it should be because the page is doing well.
Who is actually on my team?
A dedicated strategist who owns your growth plan, a UK-based chat team covering your fans 24/7 in three 8-hour shifts, and a marketing team bringing in traffic from social media. DMCA protection runs alongside all of it. You get a WhatsApp group with your team, and a written report every Monday morning.
Do you work with new creators, or only established pages?
Both, and you can apply before you've launched. A new page usually takes a week to a month to get going, and the first month is mostly setup. A page starting from zero needs a different plan from one that's already earning, and a lot of the first call is working out which you are. Your current numbers matter less than whether you're treating this as a real income. We can run everything around the content, but you still have to make it.
How much time do I need to put in?
Your time should go on making content. The team handles chat, posting, promotion and the numbers, so you can shoot in batches, and strategy calls are short and booked around you.
What is the difference between OnlyFans management and just hiring a chatter?
A chatter answers messages. Management means someone is responsible for the whole page: pricing, what gets posted and when, where new subscribers come from, how the page is protected, and whether any of it is working. Chat is one part of that. Hire a chatter on their own and the rest of that list has nobody looking after it.
Will my fans know they are talking to a chat team?
The team writes in your voice. Chatters learn your page from a detailed information sheet about you, and your limits are written and signed into the contract. If a fan asks for something outside them, the chatter politely says no. The team won't say anything about your personal life that you haven't approved.
How quickly does the chat team reply?
Fans get a reply in under two minutes. Speed matters because a fan who's left waiting can lose interest fast.
What happens to my page if I leave?
Nothing changes hands, because it was always yours. Your account, content, subscriber list and socials stay in your name the whole time. Once your 14 days' notice ends, we remove our access in Infloww, send a final invoice and hand over your content schedule, usually within about 24 hours. You also keep the pricing structure and the systems we built with you.
Are you based in the UK?
Yes. We're a registered UK company with an office at Swan Buildings, 20 Swan St, Manchester, and the team is UK-based. If something goes wrong, there's a real business here you can hold to account.
