About TDM Management.

Page 01 / Who they are

TDM is one of the most established UK agencies. It names its founders, publishes a registered office and a long list of case studies, and its FAQ says clearly that creators keep account access. It describes a revenue-share model, but the percentage, contract length and how payouts are handled aren't published on its site.

"Not published on their site" means only that. They may well share the detail on a call. It's still worth noticing which questions an agency answers before you ask. For this comparison we reviewed their homepage, about, FAQ, services, success stories, apply, contact and terms and conditions pages, both founder pages, their risk-mitigation guide and their HQ announcement, as of September 2026. Seven questions a serious agency should be happy to answer. We answer all of them on our About and Results pages before you get on a call.

Q 01 The split The exact percentage, and whether it changes as your page grows. Ask for a number you can hold them to.
Q 02 The exit Contract length, notice period and every fee you'd pay to leave.
Q 03 The login What the agency can reach once it has access, what it never touches, and how you remove its access.
Q 04 The money Whether earnings land in your bank first or in theirs.
Q 05 The content Who owns the content you make while you're with them, both during the contract and after it ends.
Q 06 The people Who will work on your account, by name, and how fast they reply. "Our team will handle it" doesn't tell you who.
Q 07 The proof Statements from pages they manage, with sources. A screenshot nobody can trace to a real account proves very little.

Page 05 / Common questions
What does TDM Management charge?
No percentage published. Their homepage says they typically work on a revenue-share basis. If a figure matters to your decision, ask them and get the answer in writing before you sign. TalentGrow publishes its split: you keep 40% of what the page earns under $10K a month, 50% from $10K up to $30K and 60% from $30K. It's worked out on what you receive, after OnlyFans' 20% and after refunds and chargebacks, and the band covers the whole month.
Is TDM Management legitimate?
Nothing in this comparison suggests otherwise. This page only records what their own website does and doesn't publish. The checks are the same for any agency, including us: read the contract before you sign, check that payouts go to your own bank, find out how you'd end their access to your account, and have a video call first.
How do I choose between TalentGrow and TDM Management?
Get both on a call and ask them the same questions. Then compare what each will put in writing: the split, the contract length, exit terms, what they can reach with access to your account, and where your money lands.
