OnlyFans Agencies and Management, Explained Honestly.
The agency world has brilliant operators and outright scams, often with identical websites. These guides explain how management actually works so you can tell the difference: what agencies do day to day, how revenue shares are structured, what a fair contract looks like, the red flags that should end a conversation, and an honest breakdown of when a creator is better off solo. Read these before you sign anything, with us or anyone else.
The short answer
An OnlyFans agency runs the parts of a page one person cannot do alone at scale: answering fans in the DMs around the clock, scheduling content, driving traffic from Reddit, TikTok, Instagram and X, and protecting the content from leaks. Most charge a revenue share rather than a fee. Thirty to sixty percent of what the page earns is the normal range, and the number should be in writing before any work starts. A fair contract is month to month, leaves the login, the content and the payouts with the creator, and names the people you will actually deal with. TalentGrow's own terms are public: you keep 40, 50 or 60 percent depending on what the page earns each month, on a month-to-month contract with no exit fees.
